Sterilization cycle flow


  1. Place the instruments to sterilize inside the SteriBox. Add the chemical indicator with 5 ml of distilled water.

  2. Close the Steribox and insert it in the SteriBase.

  3. Initiate UV radiation inside the SteriBox. Oxygen is transformed into ozone during a 10 minutes process. Stick the printed label on the SteriBox, displaying instructions and warnings regarding its use.

  4. Now the SteriBase is available to sterilize another SteriBox.

  5. An incubation of 6 hours is required for the ozone to kill every microorganisms and sterilize the medical instruments.

  1. After the incubation period, insert the Steribox back into the SteriBase. Initiate the destruction of the remaining ozone into oxygen, to ensure a safe opening of the SteriBox. The SteriBase prints a label to confirm that the process has been correctly executed.

  2. Store the Steribox with its content until your sterilized medical instruments are needed.

  3. Open the SteriBox and make sure that the color of the chemical indicator has changed.

  4. Remove the stickers to keep track of your data.

How does it work?


Our technology




  1. Lamps allowing UV radiation are located within a specific structure inside the SteriBase, above the quartz glass of the SteriBox. It contains the lamps used for the generation and destruction of ozone.

  2. During the generation phase, the dedicated lamp irradiates oxygen molecules (O2) inside the SteriBox with a precise wavelength, transforming them into ozone (O3).

  3. Water (H2O) present inside the SteriBox reacts with these ozone molecules which produces hydroxyl free radicals (HO).


  1. The radicals created come into contact with constituent elements of microorganisms.

  2. The high concentration of radicals inside the SteriBox, combined to their strong oxydative action, induces the destruction of microorganisms. Toxic wastes resulting from this destruction are also destroyed by these radicals.

  3. At the end of the incubation time, the SteriBox contents are perfectly sterilized and UV radiation by the destruction lamp converts remaining ozone molecules into oxygen.
